


Advice for 1 year lifter
5’9 160, 4x upper lower, just want to get aestetchic and be athletic and lean, do things like rock climbing and cardio, anybody more experienced with advice for surplus maintenance cutting etc? Chest needs to be brought up do 2x incline and 2x chest fly on upper. Also any guesses on body fat, lean enough right now for health?
