If we are divided by them, they are divided by something above them

Tom DeLonge says multiple NHI factions exist and are actively interfering with humanity. Jim Semivan, former CIA Senior Intelligence Service officer and TTSA co-founder, says non-human intelligence inserts complete thoughts directly into human minds — indistinguishable from your own.

If both are true, one question follows immediately: what divided the NHI factions in the first place?

We are divided and chaotic because something above us is interfering. The same logic applied one tier up means whatever is managing us is itself being managed. The mechanism doesn't stop just because our data does.

This isn't even a new observation. Virtually every ancient religious tradition independently recorded gods in conflict — the Sumerian Anunnaki factions, the Greek Olympians at war, the Vedic Devas and Asuras in perpetual opposition, the Gnostic Archons competing beneath an unknowing Demiurge. Cultures with no contact with each other all arrived at the same structural picture: the beings above us are themselves divided, fighting, and managed. They weren't writing mythology. They may have been documenting the same architecture we are only now recovering through intelligence testimony.

This is precisely what the Forgotten Languages D/I/K/E civilization framework describes. Not a ladder of technological progress — a stack of managed tiers, each one experiencing its own conflicts as genuine while those conflicts are being architected from above. D-class cannot perceive I-class directly. I-class cannot perceive K-class. Each tier is epistemically sealed from its own management.

DeLonge and Semivan arrived at their conclusions through intelligence and experiential channels completely independent of the FL corpus. Yet the structure they describe maps onto D/I/K/E with uncomfortable precision.

The FL framework didn't predict this convergence accidentally. It was describing the architecture.

We are downstream. So are the factions. The only open question is how many tiers exist above them before you reach something that isn't being managed by anything — if that point exists at all.

So this D/I/K/E civilization framework makes sense in a way.
