Meta Ads Partnership

I’m a software developer from India and the founder of Cutails (cutails.com), a pet brand focused on high-quality, personalized pet beds along with toys and accessories.
Over the past few months, I’ve:
• Finalized reliable manufacturing vendors in India
• Built a strong USP, customized pet beds with engraved pet names, finalized vendors who can stitch these names at very cheaper price.
• Gained early traction and positive reviews through barter collaborations in the Indian market, can check insta: cutails.store
Now, I’m looking to scale this in the US market, where personalized pet products have strong demand.
Here’s the opportunity:
I’m looking for a US-based partner (or someone experienced with US e-commerce) who can take ownership of:
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads with ad spends
• Performance marketing
• Scaling the brand
From my side, I will handle:
• Product sourcing & manufacturing
• Customization (engraving pet names)
• Website & backend operations
• Fulfillment & shipping (cost-efficient setup from India)
The numbers make sense:
• Total cost (product + customization + shipping): $20–25
• Selling price potential in the US: $50+ (higher for personalized products)
• Additional scope: Bundling with unique pet toys for higher AOV ($80–100) providing free shipping at 100$ etc.
Due to my current professional commitments, I’m unable to fully focus on learning meta ads, scaling ads, which is why I’m looking for the right partner to grow this together.
Would be a complete 50-50 partnership with unit economics fully transparent feom my end. Breakeven ROAS is coming to be around 2.2 something.
