Lexus rx gen 4 snow mode

Hello so i just wonder why the gen 4 rx 450h doesn't have snow mode while the previous gen had it.

So I wonder if there is a way to stop google play services to keep growing. My storage is becoming more and more full i have already deleted the data from it earlier and it barley took any storage and now it keeps growing again.
