Hoping to receive a message from my step father 🤍

I found this for $3, and google says the stamp is Shi Dabin. Which means this is 16th-17th century. Is this accurate? I can’t find anything similar to this condition or style of teapot anywhere. I don’t even know where to start with reselling. Any help would be great. 😊
