Currently on my 3rd contract, was offered a full time role with my last one but denied .. i am starting up my bachelors with wgu will graduate with my sec,net,a+ and aws cloud and AZ-900. I’m truly dedicated to building my way up but any feedback is appreciated thanks !

Trying to build my way into a bigger role where i have more workload and obviously higher pay currently make 33$ hr on a contract , i want a fulltime role but what should i change

Currently working contract , trying to get a fulltime job going into 2027 I’ll also have my degree and 4 certs
