Sticky to the touch older rubber legs

So i found my old barbies from the 90s 2000s and i took a pair of pants off one doll with the old bed and snap legs that had that rubbery skin texture and shes sticky?!

Not sure this is fixable but im actually curious about why this happen. My guess was the pants didnt breath?(i dont know how to explain) none of the others have this issue i think it was whatever that material was. It was kinda velvety on the outside so im not sure what the inside of the fabric is.

Can she be saved? Should she be saved? Or is it possible that whatever is sticky is dangerous. I also dont know how to mod barbies. Im new. I'm not there yet.

What do you think?

I'm back from my parents basement! I found a box! What to keep?

So this is just a quick look at what i found. I am new again to dolls so I have no idea what dolls these are. I have another video that goes by a little slower so you can see the dolls as well as photos of them. Maybe ill post later if there is interest.

I see a lot of 2000s clothing but im seeing 90s there too. I had no idea we had three ski babies that makes no sense so clearly one (suit) is missing. I didnt take any photos of the little bits and doll furniture. I didnt see most of it there.

I think I'll keep a few and maybe sell the others? Maybe keep one of two in case i want to learn doll stuff. I cant see myself redoing hair but if i did id need a doll to learn with.

Who would you keep and why?

So my theme for my first Barbie as an adult is jurassic park and Jurassic world. One of my special interests. The autistic barbie was my gateway. I originally got her because shes a milestone for autistic women like myself. I just found myself really enjoying her.

I am disorganized in general my house is a mess but with my barbie stuff I am organized. I enjoy the process of dressing her and organizing her things. Making little scenes like I did as a child. I didn't expect barbie to be something that is soothing but also helpful in practicing skills i dont have or could use work. Brushing her hair has a veary similar feeling to petting an animal. That repetitive action is my version of knitting while i watch tv.

I have also found that my interest in barbie has sparked creativity in areas I haven't been active in. Suddenly I'm painting, because its great for backdrops. I'm working on making a cardboard barbie bed that i will eventually use as a template for the plywood one I plan to make.

So far I'm also surprised how kind everyone here has been. Well not surprised. I'm glad to find that the community seems supportive of each other rather then competitive. Thats nice.

Anyway this is my second jurassic world outfit another is on the way (unless something happens to it) I plan to post again once that one arrives. I'm pretty impressed with the accessories in aome of these packs. The accessories in thr first pack were amazing.

Thanx for reading 😊

Build a bear has just opened in my province. The boyfriend suggested a really cute and sweet idea of building one for our new dog.

I've come here to you experts in case somebody is familiar with their products and can suggest a few to me. I also wish to avoid long parts like bunny ears. Too tempting to resist. Defiantly looking for cheaper options.

I'm having a hard time filtering through their website to find embroidered eyes I thought there might be a filter where a lot of children might need a plushie without the button eyes.
