Garmin's Customer Service appreciation post
I just wanted to share my recent experience with Garmin's customer service. My Forerunner 955 died recently after having it for over 1.5 years. I got in touch with the customer service regarding the issue. They came to the conclusion that it could not be fixed and the model had recently been discontinued and due to lack of refurbished stock, they will be sending me a brand new Forerunner 965 even though the warranty had expired about 6 months ago!
Sometimes internet could be filled with so much complaint and hate without acknowledging all the goods people experience with products so I wanted to share this pleasant experience with other users! Happy training to everyone that reads the post!
