I had 2 interviews at the beginning of the month and I thought both went very well. I really liked the role and both of the directors I interviewed with. One of the interviewers said they were impressed with me and I should be hearing back soon as they were working through recruiting process.

But now it’s been a week and a half since I’ve heard anything. I checked the job posting and looks like they reposted the job because the job posting date is this week now (was originally end of March). Are job postings automatically reposted after a month or are they still searching for candidates and I’m out now.

Was for Plano office if it makes a difference.
