Merit Moisturizing Primer

So I've been in the market for a good primer or moisturizer. Something that doesn't leave me looking dry at the end of the day. Before I was using (glow recipie toner>Neutrogena water cream moisturizer>dr jart mineral sunscreen OR milk hydrogrip primer>haus labs foundation) followed by various setting sprays ive been testing.

My main goal is trying to achieve a semi glowy look but not sacrificing my powder (huda beauty)

I went to sephora to see what they recommended and I accidentally spoke to a merit rep and ofc she recommended the merit moisturizing primer. Someone else recommended the facile hyaluronic to layer under.

My issue comes with the merit primer. It says to apply makeup immediately after apply the primer. However it pills like crazy. Am I taking the immediately after too literal? Should I give it a minute? 30 seconds? Is it just a bad product?

Honestly it feels nice and even if it is my fault its quite pricey so if anyone has any alternatives let me know please

Thank you !!

Welcome Package

Hello all,

I recently started a new job with Chase as an AB. Im on my 3rd day and on my second day my training boss was out at a managers meeting all day. Today he comes in and hands me what he called a welcome gift. Nothing crazy just a chase lunchbag, tumbler, notebook and mousepad. I thought it was cute.

One thing lingered on my mind tho, does everyone get these welcome gifts or was this some swag he got at the managers meeting he regifted to me. I dont actually care that much where it came from free stuff is free stuff but I am very curious. It seems rude to ask him directly
