I have kindle 11 gen paperwhite, does Goodreads tracks the progress automatically for side loaded books ?? I typically arrange my books in Goodreads manually.
I have been working in an Indian company since February. I was earlier employed in a competitor firm which I got placed from MBA college. The work was nice , good wlb but salary was okayish. I worked for 20 months there . I got a good hike so I switched
Now here my wlb has became shit . I was not able to sleep properly continuously from 20th March to 30th March , with no manager support. I have been so burdened up since I joined, no training on the systems, what to do with the systems and was assigned outrightly 3-4 months of work to be done in 2 months obviously I was from same industry but systems are quite different. My manager expects me to know everything 😭. Funnily he has been in the ystem for 15 months but systems too he is not well versed.
I made an error cause I made that stuff at 10 PM and was sleep starve for 3-4 days which needed submission at 12 PM exact. My manager just called me and taunted and said many things for more than 15 minutes. I have now put my papers still he say pretty bad words like I joined to ruin his career , how can I be so careless. When I ask him doubt he hooks me with a teammate. I am trying my best to learn everything but I can't be 100% within 40-50 days of my joining. 3 months would be my cooloff period and they have started training from April onwards on systems . As the team excuse is , team size is less , you are so much burdened up outright.
This has made me suicidal and depressed so much now I am doubting my ability. please help .
