Boardwalk Meet up Success

Update: we ended up going despite the weather

it wasn’t nearly as bad as it looked — more like light rain and an empty boardwalk

honestly kind of a nice change from how crowded it usually is

just a small group walking, talking, grabbing food, hanging out for a few hours

glad we didn’t bail on it

we went to the end of the board walk and back, got snacks at barrier beets, saw a seagull flying with a crab, got dinner at Gino’s pizza.

Ty for all the love and support behind it. and if you were on the fence, come next time!

Anyone want to walk the Long Beach boardwalk this Sunday?

Random, but a few of us (mid 20s–30s) are planning to walk the Long Beach boardwalk tomorrow afternoon into sunset. Nothing formal at all — just getting out of the house, walking, talking, maybe grabbing food halfway through.

Plan is:

• meet around 1pm

• walk for a bit / break off into small convo groups

• chill + snack break

• hang through golden hour (might do a casual photo thing if people are into it)

Super low pressure:

• show up whenever

• leave whenever

• totally fine if you don’t know anyone

If you’ve been meaning to get outside or meet people without it being awkward/forced, this is kinda that.

If anyone’s interested just DM me and I’ll send the meet spot 👍

I run a group outside of here and we have meet ups once a month but it’s been quiet so I’m trying to branch out. 🌲
