Someone stole our daughters dirt bike out of our garage when our home was armed and it did not detect the person/alert us. I only found the video after going through our playback. Is there any actions we can take with Vivint or getting out of the contract? They keep saying it will be extra to send someone out or to move the cameras to a different position.
