My first quad-fecta!

Fuel, cleaning, miles and late return! Over 40 pictures documenting everything. Vehicle was due back this morning. Guest kept it an additional 6hrs!!! Left it on E, with 600 additional miles and trashed! ƁNo contact no nothing...

If i don't get this one. I give up!

Tint

Looking for a new carrier. I think TINT is losing their collective minds with the new pricing strategy. What do you guys who use tint think?

It's nicer...

Just made powerhost after being hosed the last 2 years. I must say the level of CS is waaaaaaay above All-star which I'm sure is no different than whatever is below that. The reps still have distinct accents but their knowledge and ability to address and correct are both refreshing! Has anyone else noticed that, or am I being a fan boy 🤣

They do it to themselves 🤣

I've had 3 guest in the last month that stan̈don't and I hope future guest read this. "We thank you for choosing turo! It is a wonderful platform to get the exact vehicle you want for that special occasion! Please turn app notifications, on if you haven't already, as soon as you make your reservation. This will serve as a single point of communication during your trip. Please be mindful of your chosen protection plan and deductible. This is between you and turo. The host doesn't pick a plan for you and can't really help you after the fact. Unless "unlimited " miles are spelled out in the vehicle description, you will be charged the rate disclosed on your rental agreement, if you go over the allotted miles. If you leave trash, personal items, fire arms etc you can be charges a cleaning fee and the weapon surrendered to law enforcement. If there are damages your protection plan or personal insurance will come in̈to play at that time, minus your deductible. If for some reason (like the 2 gentleman who prompted me to write this post) You decide to keep the vehicle. Drive around the city and blow past the return time. Once your grace period has expires, and you have not made contact with either turo or the host, as stated in terms of service, You will be charged a late fee equal to the daily rate you were charged on your trip. And prevented from renting from the host again by internal metrics".... bumass
