Update on my dark store automation project —

The response has been overwhelming and I genuinely did not expect this. Thank you.

But after many conversations I realised I need to be very specific about who I am looking for right now.

I need TWO person. That is it.

Someone who: ✅ Has hands on experience with IoT, Robotics, or Electronics ✅ Has actually built something physical — motors, sensors, microcontrollers, Arduino, Raspberry Pi — not just theory ✅ Is based in North Bangalore — Bhartiya City, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Thanisandra area ✅ Is serious about joining an early stage startup — not just curious

If you are a software engineer, backend developer, DevOps, or frontend person — I see you, I appreciate you, and I will come back for you at the right stage. Just not right now.

Every night, while the city sleeps, thousands of orders are being packed by hand — one product at a time, shelf by shelf, second by second.

I watched this happen. And I couldn't stop thinking —
*what if the shelf came to the customer, not the other way around?*

I'm building something in Bangalore that I can't fully talk about yet.

But here's a hint — it sits inside a dark store, it doesn't sleep, it doesn't get tired, and when an order hits... everything moves at once.

No pickers. No running. No latency.

The 10-minute delivery war is still being fought with human hands.
I think it's time hardware entered the battle.
