So i have made the difficult decision to relinquish my vehicle and do a voluntary surrender. I am trying to go about this professionally, but the people who i have to work with are complete douchebags and begrudgingly keep transferring me to a lady who i am uncomfortable with speaking to, every time i call to try to discuss getting the process started. Can somebody please give me some advice? Maybe some verbiage on what to say? I am willing to hear it all, i just am trying not to blow up on these people because i am just genuinely tired of them and their bs. Its a car-mart in Arkansas if that helps.
