Cursed Passive vs Stun Status Effect

Cursed passive dictates that if opponent dealt no damage in their offensive roll's phase, they are inflicted with powder keg. A barbarian with parley doing a stun on the Cursed Pirate - would the Barbarian be given a keg, or how is the exact timing played out?

How we played it out:

  1. Stun states a player cannot do anything until after the Attack is resolved.

  2. Once attack is resolved - Offensive Roll Phase is over.

  3. Passive Cursed is blocked - Stun is still on the character.

  4. Stun is removed, and a new offensive roll phase immediately starts.

The assumption we did here is that the conclusion of an attack leads to the conclusion of an offensive roll phase. If this is not true, then Stun is removed after the attack concludes, but once the new roll phase starts - the old one dealt 0 damage, and the passive is unblocked and should inflict Powder Keg.

When buying from the official dice throne website and you're located in an EU country, will you have to deal with customs, or is that taken care of?
