do i really have to do prenatal yoga?
Everything i have read says prenatal yoga is SOOOOO good for you, but nothing seems to say why. Does anyone know if it's about strength building or stretching/ injury prevention? I am finally feeling ok and ready to get back to my regular routine (pilates, running, weights)
I am a little annoyed about the idea of adding prenatal yoga. Even though I have done a lot of yoga in the past and I know it can feel incredible, I can't get over the feeling that it's not as much of a workout.
How are others approaching this? Yoga every week? every day? once a trimester? Skip in favor of deadlifts?
