Can you tell me a truth about hair systems?

I have a widespread thinning and I arrived at 25 years old, I did all the treatments finasteride minoxidil etc.

My hair now sucks, and I’m in that situation where I can still hide the problem from others by combing my hair and adding powder

But I can no longer have long hair or it shows more, every day I live badly and my self-esteem is zero.

At first I immediately thought of a curly hair system, because by nature I am curly.

I was excited.

Then I came across some experiences, where people say that they are a nightmare, that they always live with anxiety, that many days the result sucks and that they are laughed at by the people of the country.

I got completely discouraged. I have a good social life, friends and relatives that I see often and I don’t want to be made fun of for that.

Can someone who has experience tell me how they dealt with it and if it’s worth it?

I’m desperate! I have been using finasteride for several months after I had already used it in the past and I notice that my mustache was clearing and thinning. Thinking that the cause was until I stopped and now after more than a month they are even thinner. Has it happened to anyone???

Ps before they were dark and thick

I’ll tell you my story:

I had beautiful and curly hair when I was 20, then I had a strong seasonal fall and my dermatologist gave me 5% minoxidil to use

After a few months I noticed that my hair was completely ruined and formed holes.

I stopped the minoxidil and my hair got a little back, the texture seemed better.

Following a biopsy, alopecia areata is unknown. I’ve been in treatment with finasteride for 1 year but it doesn’t seem to get better.

I went to other doctors but they give me minoxidil and finasteride, and honestly I don’t trust them anymore.

Please tell me what I should do, did I ruin myself using minoxidil?
