Host family ghosting me

I have been talking to a host family and we seemed like a great match. We had interviews, I met the kids, and they really wanted me as their au pair. After a week of good communication, we discussed flight dates and agreed on one. She filled in part of the contract, I completed my part and sent it back, and she said she’d finish it so we could sign.
Since then, I haven’t heard from her. I waited a day and a half before checking in, then another 48 hours with no reply. Now it’s been 3 days total, which feels really strange. I don’t think they found someone else since they were eager to commit early and said I’d be a perfect fit. I’ve started looking for other families, but honestly, this feels really unprofessional and I’m not sure what to do.
Update: Since I want to go in May, I started looking for a backup plan and reached out to new families on Facebook. After 4 days of no response (even after I followed up twice), she finally replied, saying she’d been with friends and asking if we’re still on after seeing my post. I understand being busy, but I expected better communication and it makes me question how she’ll handle stressful situations. She signed the contract just now, but I plan to share my concerns and see her response. I’m a bit worried she might take it personally and treat me differently if I were to still go with them. At the same time, another promising family reached out, and we’ve scheduled a call tomorrow. What’s everyone’s thoughts?
