After some helpful comments I removed her snatched waist, and slimmed down her skirt

Helen is a woman from the 1920s (1923 to be exact). For some unknown reason she appeared in the present day and became a fish out of water. She was visually inspired by rubber hose cartoons from the 1920s specially Betty Boop and almost always appears in grayscale, like if she were in a black and white film
