Here is an example of one of the many houses that will be included in my duplex (half double) asset pack. These houses are very common in medium-low density cities in Central PA, and were primarily built between 1890 and 1920. This particular example was built in 1908.

All of these houses will be built on growable 1x3 - 1x5 lots. Some 2x3 - 2x5 options will be thrown in for some variation.

More updates will be posted here over the coming weeks.

Description:

A small town elementary school that will fit into any neighborhood! This school was built in the 1920s and is based off of one that is located in Central Pennsylvania, USA. It is a brick construction building with beautiful concrete accents.

There are two lot variants included within this pack:

Variant #1:

• 7x6 Lot Size
• $65,000 Build Cost
• Large Play Area
• On Site Parking

Variant #2:

• 5x3 Lot Size
• $60,000 Build Cost
• No Play Area
• No Parking

Both variants have a capacity of 550 students and can employ up to 35 people.

PLEASE NOTE that all decals, including the basketball court decal, are not included in this pack.
