My SAPR/EO case at Los Angeles AFB was severely mishandled. I was turned away from the SAPR office and it took EO over a year to complete my paperwork.

I tried advocating for training and process improvement. I submitted concerns to the base CC, filed an IG complaint, and met directly with SAPR and EO leadership.

From some personnel changes and the SAPR/EO/IG stand down yesterday, it’s disheartening to surmise that the issues remain.
