Is being a good person still important?

It’s crossed my mind lately that fewer and fewer people these days seems to care about being a good person. I feel like when I was growing up, nothing mattered more than that. Sure, we were taught to become educated, have successful careers, etc, but nothing at the expense of our values and our integrity.

I feel like this just isn’t really important to younger generations and even our generations has moved away from just being a good human. Thoughts?

Had my gallbladder removed due to gallstones 2 years ago and having really similar pain again, though not as bad. Radiating from center right upper abdomen, radiating around back. I also have so much gas, all the time.

I’m noticing it’s been worse after I eat and fat, like a half an avocado with lunch both yesterday and today.

Has anyone had anything like this so long after removal?

Summer help

Hi! I have a 20 year old home from college for the summer and she’s looking for work. She’s not on Reddit so I am asking on her behalf.

She’s worked at a bakery for 4 years, making coffee and providing customer service, making pastries, etc. Smart kid, hard working and will be available for all school breaks and summers. Let me know if anyone knows of anything she should check out. Thank you!
