Pants I put some paches on

The one on the knee and back cuff where to cover holes (last two pics have them circled)

I wanted to cover the holes in these pants I had (they are my favourite pants) so I just got some fabric a had in my closet and cut out a pice and pined it to the pants. Then I wanted to add more since I already put a patch on it. I didn’t use any pattern I just did it.
