After my trip, there are a few things that caught me off guard. Not necessarily bad, just things I didn’t fully expect or prepare for. Stuff like travel times between places being longer than they look, or how quickly plans can change depending on weather or local conditions. None of it ruined the trip, but knowing it in advance would’ve made things smoother. Curious what surprised other people on their first visit.
