Last year my landlord died unexpectedly.
His son has taken over to some degree, but I’m curious if others who rented from Kurt Bartell are having issues?
For example we’ve had a hard time getting the son to pick up our rent after he insisted it be paid in cash, check, or money order. NOT electronically.
He didn’t get the paperwork done for our renter tax credit thing.
Hasn’t fixed our dishwasher that’s been broken for months now.
Obviously there was no question about resigning the lease for another year, me and my three roommates are done with it. Anybody else dealing with this? I have no idea how many tenants Kurt had.
