i woke up in middle of night to use washroom then it was a bit hard to sleep i start talking to my tulpa which was ez as compare to day , means i was able to produce more vivid images as compare to day , and i was having a constant headache middle front part of head i just make my self aware for my tulpa i was good in visualization since i was kid i used to make stories in my head to falll asleep i remember my very very vivid day dream was when i was going in my town with my family i was so amused in my dream i forget the time which has passed away which was roughly 2 ,3 hours , i wanted to ask for tips ? to develop my tulpa
