Chuck roast brisket style with snake method
Joined a group of friends on TT for a Saturday live running of the snakes. Everyone uses a snake method on November 22 and Cooks the same protein of choice. Some deviation in styles, but mainly beef and snake method. Wrapped with beef tallow, taking the 209 degrees allowed to rest and then held at 150 degrees for 3 hours. Turned out amazing! I was pleasantly surprised with the results. First time doing it this way.
