José Morgado said in one of his tweets that Sinner said he felt his left leg, however this is FALSE: it is the interviewer who said it, while Sinner only talked about tiredness and that he has to recover for tomorrow.

In case you were wondering why all this football interference happened during the Darderi-Jodar match: it's not a coincidence, it's a power struggle between the Italian Football Federation and the Italian tennis federation(more below)

the Football Federation and the Tennis Federation have been arguing for months because the Football Federation wants Binaghi to move the time of the Rome final, Binaghi responded that football has now been overtaken by tennis and therefore the time of the Rome final will not change(you can see the statement on the screenshot) .

The prefect agreed with Binaghi, forcing the Football Federation to move the Roma-Lazio derby from Sunday to Monday

The Italian Football Federation threatened everyone (EVERYONE: STATE, POLICE, TENNIS FEDERATION, PREFECT) with legal action and appealed to the regional court (TAR ).

Today's chaos served the Italian Football Federation as a demonstration that tennis matches can't be played if football matches are played at the same time.

Expect possible changes regarding the schedule for the Rome final.

Pellegrino's father: "I just want peace of mind for him. He always suffered when I told him, 'With your tennis, you should be among the best, why are you still here?' and he burdened himself with excessive responsibilities. Now he's more at peace and the results are visible."

Sinner: "It's normal to feel pressure. If you don't feel pressure, it means you don't care. But if you can't handle it, then it's better to stop playing tennis."

Binaghi:"We (through tournaments like Rome) are forced to give a higher percentage of revenue to the players, while the Grand Slams are not. Federations without slams live in poverty, while those with slams have unlimited funding to support their athletes. Is this meritocracy in tennis?"(more below)

Binaghi: "We (through tournaments like Rome) are forced to give a higher percentage of revenue to the players, while the Grand Slams are not. We Federations without Grand Slams are forced to invent everything to raise the revenue to finance our tennis players, while the Federations with Grand Slams have unlimited funding for their athletes. I WILL DESTROY THIS MONOPOLY

We Italians have made incredible progress in 20 years, yet we remain far poorer than four federations that have done nothing good in tennis for decades, yet still have unlimited revenues thanks to the Grand Slams to finance their athletes and guarantee themselves a better future than us."
