Beryl AX GL-MT3000 Adguard Home Broke. Is Mullvad VPN Alone Good?

I was setting up Adguard Home and adding blocklists. Apparently, I must've added too much because now when I try to access Adguard Home, the page loads indefinitely or doesn't load at all. Apparently, I may need to reset the whole router but I'm reluctant to do that as it was a pain in the ass to set up. I have Mullvad set up on the router and dns leak test results are no leaks. Is this fine?

Metal Masters Did NOT Nerf Yu's Strength or Intelligence

This was inspired by a post from earlier saying that Metal Masters nerfed Yu's strength and intelligence: https://www.reddit.com/r/BeybladeMetal/comments/1ta4cgk/metal_masters_nerfed_not_only_yus_strength_but/

Here I am to debunk that and explain why it is false.

Firstly, it should be noted that they did not say anything of substance for their claim. They barely provide any proof or source from the anime to strengthen their claim, only referring to the earlier part of the season which removes a whole lot of context and nuance with this topic in particular. They also claim that Yu being childish ruins his character which is a ridiculous claim given that the character is literally a child and has acted childish throughout the entire series, not just Masters.

I will now start debunking that post's falsehoods and I'll start by saying that nothing implies that he was nerfed. In fact, he's actually shown at least somewhat stronger AND smarter. Remember when Yu battled Tsubasa for the first time in episode 26? Remember when Yu used Last Judgement Inferno and Tsubasa countered it with Counter Stance? Well now let's go to their rematch in Masters for a spot on the team with the loser being a substitute in episode 57 (Masters episode 6). All of a sudden Tsubasa can no longer counter Yu's special move the same way as Yu can now have Libra randomly change the frequency. This is one of the few very convenient things to leave out of that post as it is a piece of evidence that destroys any notion that Yu got nerfed. Yu knew exactly how Tsubasa countered his special move so he learned to counter that counter. This is both a feat of strength AND intelligence. Of course, it is too bad that Tsubasa ended up countering that counter but I digress.

Now as for the world tournament, I do want to bring up something very important. People seem hung up and confused by how the main cast struggle against their opponents. There is a very clear reason for this. Battle Bladers aired across the world as well as the selection tournament was, specifically Masamune vs Yu, Kyoya vs Tsubasa, and Tsubasa vs Yu. What this means is that every team in the tournament would have video footage of them if they were to be their opponent and thus had some form of data on them. And guess what? Our main characters did not have this advantage themselves. In other words, Gan Gan Galaxy went through the entire tournament at a huge disadvantage in regards to the knowledge they would have of their opponents prior to their battles while their opponents knew all about them. This is indicative of their strength, NOT a weakness.

Now why was this important in regards to Yu? Let's go to his battle with Aleksey in episode 66 (Masters episode 15). In this battle, Aleksey designed a stadium specifically to negate Libra's special moves. Aleksey says something very important in regards to Libra's abilities at that point, saying that Libra without his special moves was just an ordinary stamina type. Even still, with Aleksey cheating, Yu still won the battle. While he did have Ginga helping him (well arguing at first), Yu still figured out what he needed to do to win. Again, this is a feat of strength AND intelligence. Another very convenient point to leave out of the original post.

Ok so what about future battles in the season? While his next two battles are team battles with Tsubasa and Yu was not the focus nor is there anything worth mentioning so I will skip to the Brazil arc, episode 81 (Masters episode 30). His street battle with Enzo turning into an ambush with Selen and Ian ganging up on him. A 1 on 3 battle. And yet somehow, even with everything stacked against him, he was still close to winning with only a surprise attack from Argo taking him out and damaging him and Libra. Once again, a feat of strength AND intelligence and a very conveniant thing to leave out. Had Libra not have been damaged, I would have no doubt he would have beaten Enzo and I'd argue he could beat Selen as well, maybe not Ian but I won't discuss further.

And that is all in regards to Yu in Metal Masters. That post saying that Yu was nerfed is factually incorrect and I hope this provides enough evidence to my point, especially since theirs had no evidence.

Metal Fight and Burst Comparison

Bought both Burst Anniversary packs and Burn Phoenix that's apparently only attainable through a prize beyblade on a random booster. Here's photos comparing the size and parts.

Disclaimer: This is not to say a remake is necessary and that it should happen.

It's been a talking point that Metal Fight Beyblade should have a remake and even as a Metal Fight fan, I was against this for reasons I will discuss later. Then I realized if any beyblade anime should have a remake, it's Bakuten Shoot Beyblade.

First of all, Bakuten Shoot released in the early 2000s whereas Metal Fight released in 2008-2012. As far as visuals go, Metal Fight had the advantage of having HD baked into its animation and widescreen television was becoming more normalized whereas around the time period of Bakuten Shoot airing, HD and widescreen was not yet widespread. Most anime with remakes have their originals made in those earlier time periods with their remakes being made with the newer technology for better visuals.

Secondly, and most importantly, it's a chance for the anime to fix Bakuten Shoot Beyblade 2002 (or V-Force). This part of Bakuten does not follow the previous season and the succeeding season, G-Revolution, pays no mind to it either. It is basically an entire season of filler which you'd be familiar dealing with if you've seen Dragon Ball or any of the Big Three anime. A remake would be a chance to fix this season to fit closer with the rest of the series, whether it'd be following the manga or creating an all new story that would then tie perfectly with G-Revolution. Sailor Moon's remake followed the manga way more closely than its original.

The third is for a better English dub. As most early dubs of anime go, there's a lot of Americanisms ranging from character name changes to censorship to whole dialogue changes and even an entirely different music score, all of which effectively makes the series different from the original language. Just like how Dragon Ball Z in Japanese and English feel like two different series. Given English dubbing standards changed during the mid 2000s to avoid censorship and inaccurate scripts, Metal Fight's English dub does not have this issue as it was handled with much more respect to the original with only slight changes here and there (mainly censorship). Dragon Ball Z has a much better English dub through its remake, Dragon Ball Kai.

The last reason is to pay tribute to the series where it all began and allowing newer fans to watch it. Having watched it recently, I appreciate so much for what it was and how it inspired the future series. I noticed a lot of similarities to Metal Fight to where I think Metal Fight took a lot of inspiration from Bakuten Shoot. It would be nice for newer fans to also be able to experience the original series.

TLDR; A Bakuten Shoot remake would be good for an HD remaster, a chance to fix a part of the anime, a better English dub, and to pay tribute to the beginning of the series.
