Title says it, here’s some extra context: This AIO bag was inoculated a month ago today, and I’m noting that the mycelium is surely progressing, but slowly, as it covers more of the block. I’m inexperienced but I’ve done research that’s come to conflicting conclusions. I’ve seen it said that about 1/3rd is enough coverage to break up the block and redistribute the mycelium to fully cover the cake, but others have said to wait until 50% coverage before shaking it up. So I’m asking; Would it be fine to go ahead and shake up the block now or would it be advisable to give it a week or two longer. I know there’s no set schedule to this stuff, and it being a month doesn’t mean it’s automatically ready to shake up the block, I’m asking for advice of whether or not it’s still too soon based on the above pics. Big thanks to all who reply kindly and respectfully.
