Will this be a meaningful upgrade?

Will this be a meaningful upgrade?

So I recently happens to successfully sold some unused item in my warehouse, and got this GTX 1660 Super around 1.9 mio IDR (while 2nd retail priced around 2.2-2.4 mio IDR, this quite steal deal for me tbh)

Do this stuff are sufficient enough, mostly for Capcut HEVC encode, but also for some gaming (Genshin Impact, Wuthering Wave, Zenless Zone Zero) and some OBS stream, since this card has dedicated NVENC to go with, or in short, worth the upgrade over aging and problematic Vega 11 IGP ?

Not succeed after 30s considered a failure / sore looser?

I've 35yo this year, haven't married yet (still saving), and working for $4000 a year job (speaking minimum wage around Jakarta area), do I even considered as a failure? I mean, there's lotta videos about "Success Before 30s", shown up in this period of age, that dictates, everybody who ain't succeed after 30s were doomed 😭

I do wonder how can I change the career in this age, I'm working on Aviation company, and NGL monthly wage not as spectacular as the rumor was, unless you're pilot, engineer, or cabin crew/flight attendant staff, doing career shift is hard especially when I'm only expertised in Ground Handling, which basically "Generalist" job rather than "Specialist" 😭

So yeah, in 2017-ish, I could easily bought any Intel HEDT, and GTX 1070 at pretty cheap price, today I could only revive my old build on 2019 where everything goes crazy, left me with specs that really awful for today's computing, but atleast it works for Capcut editing stuff, despite slow exporting time..

Ryzen 5 2400G

MSi Mortar Max B450M (previously Asus Strix B450i but broken)

32GB kit PNY XLR8 ram, 3200Mhz

Darkflash DLM21 Mesh

EVGA 1000GQ (ex HEDT build)

Noctua G2 fans

Noctua NH-D15s

Wanted to buy somewhere between RTX 3070 or RTX 4060, but heck both GPU price were almost premium 😭 also the AM4 chip upgrade path were limited to Ryzen 7 5xxx series, while I wanted to max out to Ryzen 9 5900x but any seller listed that chip always says "no stock", eventho the ads are active

Anyway, since all PC parts were in premium price range, should I keep buy the GPU today (long time savings for sure), or should I wait until this memory shortage craze ended?
