My ekit is coming in this week and I’d like some recommendations on good headphones and speaker for ekits! Thank you!

I have a crappy drum kit right now but I want to upgrade to the Roland TD516 and id like to know how to add more cymbals. I understand that you need a cable splitter and there’s two zones drum and rim and you can change it like that, I understand the idea but I don’t know how to actually do it. Please help, thank you.

I know it’s all personal preference but I was wondering since I like playing rock/metal would it be best to have 2 or 3 crashes? I personally like to have a more simple kit so 2 crashes but I’m worried of “missing out” or lacking if that makes sense, can 2 crashes still do the job completely fine? Or is 3 more of the well rounded sweet spot?
