I have no idea how to stop revolutionary ferment, I have got it on zero and then some, I even used commands to click decrease buttons but it doesn't go away and Drozdovites keep taking over.
For context I also have maximum monarchism and Wrangel's ambition is 11 and ROVS won the elections.
This is the third time I'm replaying, I can't help but ask if I'm doing something wrong.

I can't fathom what affects the job bar, my investment earnings are going nowhere because I didn't work enough, do I have to do quests? AFK in office?
What constitutes a day well spent working?
