How do I play as Horthy’s Fiume effectively?
So I’m new to HOI4 in general and decided play Kaiserredux and specifically Horthy’s Fiume after choosing Austria, how do you play as Horthy well? Because I joined the Reikspakt but didn’t really know what to do, nobody was doing naval invasions so I just sailed my fleet around aimlessly attacking anyone I could, since I don’t have any troops, and we lost, now Europe is split between the Syndies and the Russians

I have never seen Turkestan go so hard. Russia couldn’t catch a break, almost every possible irredentist opportunity was not only missed but turned into a quagmire AND Germany started war with Russia not the other way around.

I know there is a path outright restoring Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte as emperor. What I want to know is that if I play as NFA, choose democratic (Marin) path and elect Louis-Napoléon Bonaparte as president, is there a mechanism to make him as emperor afterwards?

The focus says that the chance depends on how many naval focuses I have got compared to the Union. I had done most of the naval tree yet I failed even though the British had done exactly zero naval focuses. Is the sabotage just RNG?
