Jackson Street Comics is currently looking for more artists and writers to join our growing creative team.

3 Artists

We are looking for passionate creators interested in building original stories, characters, and universes from the ground up. All artists in the company are paid.

Please specify:
• You MUST have an iPhone
• You MUST live in the United States or one of its territories WITH AN IPHONE

(iPhone is required because most of our communication and coordination happens through iPhone group chats.)

CALLING ALL WRITERS & ARTISTS

Jackson Street Comics is building something real. Recently, my friends and I started our own comic book company, and we’re looking for talented, driven creators to grow with us.

We’re looking for passionate writers, artists, inkers, colorists, and letterers who want to create original stories and actually own what they build.

Here’s how we operate:

YOU KEEP YOUR RIGHTS
Every creator retains full ownership of their characters and stories. This is your IP.

CO-CREATED CHARACTERS
If a character is created collaboratively, ownership is split 50/50 between the creators involved unless otherwise agreed upon.

FAIR BUSINESS IF WE INVEST
If Jackson Street Comics invests money into publishing (printing, marketing, distribution), terms will be clearly discussed and agreed upon before moving forward. Straightforward, fair business.

PUBLISHING CREDIT
All published books will include “Jackson Street Comics” as the publisher on the cover. We are building a brand together.

COMPANY CUT (5–8%)
A percentage of sales goes back into the company to fund growth, future projects, and support the platform as a whole.

CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet deadlines and communicate professionally
- Be open to feedback and collaboration
- Submit only original work (no plagiarism)
- Respect shared universes and collaborative projects

CREATIVE FREEDOM
You are free to build your own worlds or collaborate within shared universes. We value originality, different styles, and strong creative voices.

PROTECT YOUR WORK
Make sure you copyright your work. Protect your ideas, your characters, and your stories.

GROWTH VISION
This is bigger than comics. We are building toward animation, merchandise, and expanded media. Early creators will be part of that growth.
