Wanted to show off my ring
Not the most quality pics but my husband and I have been married five years now and I still love my ring. My wedding ring is just a plain rose gold band that I hope to upgrade one day

Hello everyone! I'm 31 and only been to three concerts in my life lol. Curren$y is my favorite artist and last night I went to his show in Miami at a small venue and was very excited for the meet and greet.
The meet and greet time was scheduled at 7:30 and show start at 8 which was perfect for me because my babysitters couldn't stay late for the end of the show past midnight.
Well they started letting GA and VIP in at 7:30 and they kept pushing off the meet and greet and saying they'll let us know. The whole thing seemed kind of disorganized but it's a small venue, smaller artist so I didn't think much of it.
Well it was 10pm and I finally found someone to ask and he said Curren$y decided to wait until after the show because not everyone was there for the meet and greet at the scheduled time and "he didn't want to have to do two meet and greets". Not only that but I thought curren$y would be performing already because he was advertised as the main artist and there were two or three other artists listed to be with him but I assumed that was going to be an opener or something not like three whole performances and curren$y just goes for an hour at the end 😭
I finally left at 11 with no sign of curren$y, he wasn't even at the venue yet and emailing the guy in charge for a refund. The owner of the venue, which is also a brewery, was pissed for us since we drove three hours just to meet curren$y and he tried to call around to see if there was anything to be done but as he wasn't even there yet no one could help me.
How often does this kind of thing happen? I'm pretty devastated and I had a high opinion of curren$y until this happened and it makes me really sad to think he's different from what I always thought of him to be.
I use watercolor to add color and cuteness to my planner that I mostly use for journaling and occasional planning/personal reminders.
Since it's not watercolor paper it takes pressure off the be perfect because I already know it's not going to be the same quality as if I was using dedicated watercolor paper. I can actually sketch decently realistic life like portraits when I sit down and really work hard but it's been a goal to just enjoy art without the anxiety of being perfect. Before, I wouldn't even bother finishing a piece of I needed up or it wouldn't be "perfect".
Now I'm happy to make silly drawings and paintings along with my journaling 🥰
This was my first time painting my own watercolor without a tutorial from YouTube. I know it doesn't look great but the biggest thing that bothers me is it seems to lack depth.
I tried adding more and more shadow and it still didn't seem to help and in the end I feel like maybe I did too much and made it look worse- especially the dark green blob behind/under the tree lol
My last post didn't get any answers so I wanted to try one more time before I drive an hour to see a different piercer
I had my tongue piercing tapered a couple months ago and have had some problems since. When I wake up in the morning the ball on the bottom is partially embedded into the skin. Maybe my tongue movement throughout the day loosens it up a bit and that's why it's not me embedded during the day.
I never had any problems with my tongue piercing when I had it in five years ago (had it in for a total of 3 or 4yrs before taking it out)
Is it possible the ball is too small?
Hi everyone Saturday I rescued a pigeon that was about to be "set free" from a breeder due to aggression.
We live in a small camper on ten acres. Currently have him set up in a large dog crate outside but it's hard to socialize with him that way.
I want to bring him in sometimes but I have two toddlers and I'm worried about it making him more fearful than anything as toddlers move suddenly and make a lot of noise lol.
I do plan on building a full aviary but may be two weeks to finish it.
Any advice in the meantime? I do try to spend a few minutes by his cage every day and he will cautiously take seed from my hands.
Edit to add the cage is wrapped in quarter inch hardware cloth and he has a solid bottom tray to walk and stand on
