Let's say I have warps, for me and my vessels (techs developed -both for me and for the vessel- and physic warps). If I flight to a system without cosmic exploration 3 tech -the one that allows you to see resources within 6 LY systems-, can I harvest it and send vessels there? I know the seed, and the resources all around as is a seed I already played.

So I am in a ten hours campaing and I have sails to shoot. I went to the webpage and find nothing, any link yp a `rpèr layout? Thanks
