Worth it ba mag loan for EMJM?

I received 100% tuition fee waiver, plus travel and health insurance for 2 years. Is it worth it to take a loan to cover living expenses in cases external funding would not be available even after trying? Please advise me! I really wanted to go to this program but I am not sure if the financial burden would be worth it. Countries are France, Finland, and Slovenia.

Main concern is visa approval for France. On top of the loan, think I can pool support from various member of the fam but would that be enough to have a long term visa approved in France?

Additional context: I think the main reason i was not accepted was because of my country. i asked about waitlist and they advised me that there was no straight-up waitlist for the program as they were considering geographical factor. so i am afraid i might not still get the scholarship next cycle since that would be the last cycle for the same approved budget. BTW, it was stated in their website that they only give 80% tuition waiver at max but i got 100% for some reasons.
