Is Emaar South (Expo Golf Villas / Urbana) any good?
I’m looking to move out from Aljada, Sharjah and initially I was targeting 1 BHKs in JVC with rents around 95k yearly. I heard a lot of bad stuff about JVC that made me reconsider this move (specially that 90-100k is not cheap for 1BHK).
Then I thought of Town Square but spaces are really really tight although it’s a very nice and well developed community, and to get a spacious apartment it has to be 2BHK which starts at 120k (I’m looking at newly finished apartments only) but 120k is simply out of budget.
I stumbled across Emaar South and checked the rents over there. For 90k to 110k, I can get either a 2 Bedroom Townhouse (stacked) at Urbana, or a 3 bedroom villa at Expo Golf Villas which are really looking good. I looked on Google Maps, the place looks like a desert! How’s the situation and everyday living over there? Hope someone can give me an answer.
