I remember a while back there was a mod that would allow Mirabelle to live and the end of the quest to join the college. Was that removed from Nexus?

I downloaded a follower mod but when I looked at the follower on my game they didn't look like the picture on the nexus web site. I've got the mod where if you press your tilde key on the keyboard and then click the mouse on the person or object it will give you the name of the object, ID, etc. (can't remember the name of the mod...dammit). How can I tell all the mods that are affecting how an NPC looks? All I can see is the last mod that changed the NPC appearance. I believe a mod I have is causing some NPC's to look different that what they actually should. Sorry if this is confusing, this is the best way I know how to describe my situation. This particular mod had no requirements and the mod author doesn't have comments turned on.

If I want to change the appearance of an NPC using XEdit (I understand that's easier than creation kit, if wrong please let me know) what esp file should I save so that the behavior, dialogue, etc. doesn't change?

Is there a mod that will help women NPC faces look younger? I'm not talking about the elder race, but there are some female NPC's that even though they talk with a young voice their face looks old.
