DJI Osmo Action first Gen: Loop mode is missing even trough the latest firmware.
Hello, I bought a used DJI Osmo Action first Gen on eBay. The latest firmware was already installed.
I reset the device to factory settings, inserted a new SD card, and formatted it using the camera. I want to use the Osmo like a Dash Cam in Loop mode for my motorcycle.
Unfortunately, I can't select loop mode. It also can't be activated in the quick settings. I tried flashing the firmware again, but neither did I update the DJI Osmo app (since the latest version is already installed), nor did copying the firmware bin file to the root directory of the SD card force a reinstallation because the latest version is already installed. Does anyone have a solution for me or can help? I've attached photos of the menus showing that the function is missing and which firmware is currently installed.
