Hiring a video Editor for an Underwear/Lingerie Brand
Hi everyone,
I'm the founder of a women's lingerie brand. I'm looking for a French-speaking video editor for an ongoing, high-volume collaboration.
The role: Edit short-form ads (15–60s) for Meta and TikTok: strong hooks, retention-driven structure, subtitles, dynamic cuts. Formats: UGC, VSL, mashups.
Volume: 3 to 5 videos per day depending on format. This is a near full-time collaboration, not one-off projects.
Budget: $10–20/hr depending on the quality of your work. A fixed monthly salary is possible for full-time candidates.
What I'm looking for: Experience editing e-commerce ads (not corporate or YouTube). Understanding of hook mechanics and conversion psychology. Fast and consistent delivery. A feel for the textile/lingerie space is a bonus.
Language: Fluent French is required. Location doesn't matter.
