Is this mould? Is it safe?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a new place to rent. Whilst doing the viewing and taking my little video round the property, I noticed some black marks on the bottom of the wall here. I couldn't tell if it was scuff marks generally or black mould.

Advice would be appreciated! I'm kinda desperate to find someone, but really don't want to be dealing with really bad wall mould (again...) so will not bother if that's the case here. For reference, this was a ground floor/first floor room.

Period cramps & water

I've had painful periods for 20 years. debilitating cramps that often resulted in me calling in sick to work/school on the first two days, unable to leave my bed, clinging for dear life to a heat pad and doubling up painkillers.

I heard that drinking water helps your period but it never did anything.

Around a year ago I realized I was barely drinking water in my day and likely very dehydrated. So I began routinely drinking 2 liters of water everyday, the entire month. my period rolls around and my cramps are there but soooo much more manageable. I didn't need to call in sick to work, and wasn't in bed for hours on the first day. they were still there, but I could FUNCTION. I thought it was a coincidence, until the next month it was the same. and the next, and the next. I had one month of barely drinking much water and my cramps were so much worse!

I've not seen much on this, but wondered if anyone else had experienced the same thing? just also wanted to share this experience with anyone who suffers horrible cramps and barely drinks enough water throughout the entire month to give it a go!
