Eating a Bengali snack - Jhalmuri, at a roadside shop, has stirred a hornet's nest in TMC camp.

 

Before elections there was a huge outrage by a section of media, online social media blue ticks, even retired CAPF personnel. This was over a bill which provided to unify all the different units of CAPF under one umbrella & same set of regulations so that administering them is easy. They knew so well in advance its implications. Common man, as always, willingly got fooled.

Why Central Forces & not state police?

 

The real game in Bengal happens between a voter's residence & the polling booth. One who controls that, wins Bengal. And in this is complicit every possible hurdle a ruling dispensation can throw - bureaucracy, state police, local area goons (carrom clubs).

If anyone speaks against on camera, party goons identify that person & harass the family. If the poor do not return from the states they are working in for a living back to Bengal & vote for the ruling party, the family who is staying in the home state is stripped of government benefits. So you see people shying away on camera to name who will win, whom they would vote for. You are seeing trains full of migrants working in other states, paying money from pocket & returning back to vote.

 

Now you might think how they ensure these people have voted for the ruling party?

Sharing one example:

In every constituency representatives of each party are made aware which number on the EVM their name stands at. Against the ruling party's candidate's name, the button is smeared with ittar (concentrated strong perfume). Voter presses the button long enough, comes out & the smell from his finger is verified by polling booth agents.

No smell? Consequences.

After polling is over & central forces depart, administration goes back from EC to state's control, then starts post poll violence. Carrom clubs & local goons ensure retribution.

 

Surprised?

 

Finding it difficult to believe if one state in India is still not living in 2026 but in some era shown in old movies. So despite having a wind in their favour, BJP couldn't win Bengal in 2021. It learnt lessons & identified its mistakes.

 

So you see empowerment of government agencies this time.

EC conducting SIR to weed out all doubtful voters.

CEC able to tell ruling party members to GET OUT, taking civil administration to task, massive transfers, importing administration officers from other states. After T.N Seshan seeing a CEC who is such a tough nut.

Courts supervising SIR by deputing its own judicial officers.

CAPFs patrolling every nook & corner, promising people to not worry as they would stay back even after elections are over to deal with post poll violence.

ED rounding up all money bag routes.

CPIM ruled for ~34 years, Congress ~26 years, TMC - 15 years. Mamata despite being second longest serving CM of the state, her party would be in the last position to have served least years in government.

 

Why are these videos of CAPF rounding up hooligans being recorded this time & circulated widely?

Media & ruling party are helping in circulation by showing it as illegal high handedness by security forces. What this is instead doing is removing fear from the common man. Ruling party is doing the job of ousting themselves.

 

So you see the same people who outraged on CAPF are the ones now doing the same about CEC, deployment of CAPF in record numbers. Why would any honest person be perturbed if central armed forces are deployed? Rather what does it say of the law & order of a state that it requires CAPF in such numbers for free & fair elections? The last we heard of such measures was in J&K elections. The rot is that deep.

 

Amit Shah called out Mamata's theatrics well in advance. So this time no bandage on head, plaster on leg, wheelchair, etc.

Shah tasked Suvendu Adhikari to contest from 2 seats. Mamata lost in 2021 against him. Had to contest bypoll from other seat to become CM. This time Adhikari has challenged her on both seats therefore. No escape route, only rout.

Another trick Modi-Shah played was kept Mamata busy fighting everyone. She & her party spent all their time fighting - fighting SIR, fighting courts, fighting EC, fighting ED (flicked files from an ongoing raid).

On the other hand, RSS was quietly doing its job connecting with people on ground. Not once but 3-4-5 times. When 1 person is connected with so many times, the job is half done. Polling day management to get elections conducted free & fair does the rest.

 

One way to gauge who is winning an election?

See which party is setting narratives & who is busy countering them. The one who sets the narrative, wins. In 2021, BJP went overboard making Mamata the central figure. She lapped up their mistakes - Didi O Didi jibes, insider vs outsider debate. 2026, no mistakes done. Learnt from past. Quiet campaigning, no noise.

PM Modi by having jhalmuri has clearly conveyed results of the Bengal election. He distributed the snack to the women & kids around him & some took it like a prasad.

Everytime Godmother gets hospitalized or family travels abroad, some chaos happens in India.

But while opposition woke up to delimitation only in 2026, VidurNeeti said 4 years back in 2022 itself to be ready for it in 2026. Before going to the next predictions, a summary of what happened today:

Women reservation bill falls in parliament as government couldn't muster the numbers. Since 33% reservation cannot happen without a census followed by delimitation, so other two bills withdrawn by the government.

Opposition is happy it defeated the government. But look closer, they still don't know what's going to happen next.

The unrests were planned. South-North divide, India a Union of States toolkit was already ready with the opposition. Passing it would flare up things & not yield as great results as letting it fall.

 

Opposition can now be painted anti-women. Opposition will say we are ready to implement it in a house of 543 with immediate effect. Sorry but that cannot be done. A classic misleading ploy. A census followed by delimitation is a prerequisite. Even if census of 2011 is used, forming the delimitation committee & its execution requires anything between 3-4 years. With the next census already underway, the whole process becomes redundant & open to mockery, leading to its derailment. Which was the intent.

 

Delimitation preponing requires constitutional amendment (2/3rds majority of the house) which the government did not have but, once the freeze on delimitation levied in 1996 comes to an end in 2026, there needs no constitutional amendment & just a simple majority can start the process. Disadvantage? The government gave a 50% increase offer in seats to all states including South in the constitution amendment. That goes away as in the natural process West Bengal & other states for example in South will see reduction in seats. Leaders championing the "cause" of safeguarding their states today will be villains of tomorrow.

Now you know why leaders like him are posting this & were supporting the government's bill.

What next?

Modi is a chai-wala, add to that a Gujarati - prefer having everything sweet.

The road to gender neutral laws goes through the women's reservation bill.

Just like the appeasement of non-UC sects is to eliminate reservations.

Modi is just making the tea so sweet that it becomes undrinkable. He did so much Bapu-Bapu & removed M.K Gandhi from the digital currency notes without anyone observing. He wishes Congress stalwarts but silently declassifies Bose's files & installs his statue at Kartavyapath. He sends one loh-purush to margdarshak mandal only to install the actual's record breaking statue.

 

The man discriminates none & treats everyone worthy of respect irrespective of party affiliations. Reason he has remained in power undefeated for the last 25 years. The man is clearly sitting with a blueprint of the next 25 years too of which task to do on which date. The right-wing & GC brigades may beat their chest & outrage but nothing will happen. Every event is well defined with a specific date. When its time comes, it will be executed.

 

 

 

 

So will the women's reservation & delimitation have to wait for next decade to arrive? No.

These bills were destined to fall. Every task will happen only when its time will come. He still has a trump card up his sleeve. Opposition is clueless & rejoicing victory when ideally they should have let these bills pass to screw up his script. The entire sequence of events pre-planned would have gone for a toss. Shouldn't write about it explicitly in public but old readers of this VidurNeeti channel can guess easily what it is.

 

For now just focus on our useless neighbour. We have some unfinished legacy business to complete. Read news related to they making rule changes on crypto, association with Orange's family members & you will understand why it was hosting leaders & mediating. The whole country is up for sale. Let them rent their army to one & markets to the other.

 

Our job is to pound them hard after everyone has taken their bit from them. It will be hard, unforgiving, unstoppable & permanently conclusive. Just stay united, everything is going as per script. Don't hoard fuel - groceries & create scarcity in markets. Once we pound them, you will get what you were demanding before 2024 elections. Just stay calm. The noise on social media is a good camouflage for us to work.
