Are there any do’s or don’t’s for setting an emerald cut diamond? I know it depends on personal style or preference, but as far as what’s most flattering for the stone. I’ve had a small emerald cut moissanite and it had compass prongs. The reflection of them in the stone made the most odd look to appear in the stone. I was not a fan. I want the stone to look its best once set. Please offer anything you’ve learned from your experience.
