Minnesota, hired small contracting company with 50+ years of experience.

I asked contractor about cleaning this up and he said they graded it so it's complete.

II'm not asking for seeding or landscaping, just that the rocks are removed from the lawn.

I also understand these companies aren't focused on repeat customers, but this seems like a poor "final condition" on a $200,000 project, even if you're not planning to be hired again.

Rocks and mud in a yard isn't safe, but I also would be embarrassed for my reputation if this was considered acceptable, so their push back is something I cannot understand.
