I have recently had this issue where text messages don't appear after being sent to me and then they come all at once HOURS later. I'm locked in until next year as far as I know. Is there any way to fix this?

I saw a lovely apartment owned by Michael Renovations and I want to contact them, but I don't live in Des Moines at the moment and the only way to contact them is by going to their sign in front of the property and taking out the contact number. I live in Iowa City and would have a hard time getting up there and back. Any advice?

I've been looking for apartments, and I put down a deposit on an apartment on University Ave near Good Park. I've been trying to stay within my budget, and I've found a couple places, but I'm not sure how to find out how safe they are.

Another place is on 34th St, crossroad is Forest Ave.

I don't have the greatest credit either which doesn't help.

Any suggestions?

My budget is about $825 a month at max
