Is there a way to verse your ownself in tabletop like have two decks running an just switch from one to the other "to test decks"

How long does Australian post take to respond to enquiries about them not actually delivering the item but having it state it's been delivered?

We have full camera set up an all sections of the house no way for them to place it somewhere without it being recorded. So we know for a fact it wasn't delivered. Neighbours arnt the type to take them either.
